Style request: Journal of Morphology
Good day, was wondering if I could request a style for Journal of Morphology:
The closest CSL style I found to it was Cerbral Cortex.
Differences to Cerbral cortex and J Morph include:
**Inline citations:
- a comma dilineator between the author name and date.
e.g. (Currey, 1977; Torzilli et al., 1982; Carrier, 1983; Currey and Pond, 1989; Brear et al., 1990)
**Bibliography
*Journals
-no punctuation marks after journal name
-eg: King VM, Armstrong DM, Apps R, Trott JR. 1998. Numerical aspects of pontine, lateral reticular, and inferior olivary projections to two paravermal cortical zones of the cat cerebellum. J Comp Neurol 390:537-551.
*Book chapters
-No changes needed
*Books
only number of pages added in end e.g:
-Voet D, Voet JG. 1990. Biochemistry. New York: John Wiley & Sons. 1223 p.
Instructions to authors can be found here: http://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/journal/10.1002/%28ISSN%291097-4687/homepage/ForAuthors.html
There are also some free papers downloadable here:
http://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/journal/10.1002/%28ISSN%291097-4687/homepage/ForAuthors.html
Please let me know if I should provide any more info.
Best regards

I have created a CSL style for Journal of Morphology, based on minor edits to the citation style of 'Cerbral Cortex'.
It is available here:
https://gist.github.com/4510430
or
https://github.com/citation-style-language/styles/commit/4e083dc42ae8143dc13dd903ffde1a57bc20b7ca
How does this style get linked from GIT hub to the more user friendly Zotero style repository?
Regards
B
I would like to request a correction for Journal of Morphology's citation output for a thesis or dissertation.
Currently, a thesis / dissertation output looks like this:
Van Schalkwyk OL. 2004. Bone density and calsium and phosphorous content of the giraffe (Giraffa camelopardalis) and African buffalo (Syncerus caffer) skeletons
Where it should actually be expanded into this format:
Van Schalkwyk OL. 2004. Bone density and calsium and phosphorous content of the giraffe (Giraffa camelopardalis) and African buffalo (Syncerus caffer) skeletons [dissertation]. Pretoria: University of Pretoria. 84 p. Available from http://upetd.up.ac.za/UPeTD.htm
Styles also update automatically within 24hs for Zotero 4.0+
In an existing document, you may have to switch to a different style and back for the changes to take effect once the style is updated.
Any further problems please let us know & thanks for reporting
