HELP! Miscrosft Word for Mac 2011 Won't Work and Can't Figure it Out

I have Zotero 3.0.8 and have downloaded and installed the word plug ins. My Mac is running 10.6.8. Please help me out with this! Thanks a million!

I open word for mac click the scroll at the top of page and only get 2 options ( “About this menu “ and “Sample Automator Workflows”) On my old Word for mac It gave me at situations..

It sounds like you didn't fully install the word processor plugin.
