Upgrade StorageError report 647082787
Was trying to figure out how to import a citation using the websites citation manager under "research tools" of this webpage http://www.nap.edu/catalog.php?record_id=14682
I first tried the bibtex approach but that messed up the authors. So then I tried "refman" approach. After it downloaded, I dragged it into zotero in firefox and now all of my citations have disappeared and when I click the x to close zotero this error comes up "There was an error starting Zotero." I will now reboot firefox to see what happens, but I wanted to submit this error before trying that. Will post back on here ASAP if restarting firefox solves the problem.

bobbywegoYes, problem solved. Issue was zotero standalone had tried to load. It's still unclear to me what the best way to use the "refman" tool on citation managers and import into zotero. Does it have to then go through zotero standalone?
