Chrome with WorldCat and Zotero Standalone

I am receiving a "known translator" issue at the WorldCat cite.
  • See reporting bugs

At the very least, provide a sample URL, your Zotero, Zotero Connector (if applicable), and browser versions.
  • Report ID: 1745695780 (which may be connected to this problem).
    Google Chrome: Version 23.0.1271.97
    Mac: 10.7.5
    Zotero: 3.0.11.1

I am in WorldCat at a detailed record: http://newfirstsearch.oclc.org.ezproxy.lib.ou.edu/WebZ/FSFETCH?fetchtype=fullrecord:sessionid=fsapp2-51810-hatt8bbb-fn0a1l:entitypagenum=3:0:recno=3:resultset=1:format=FI:next=html/record.html:bad=error/badfetch.html:entitytoprecno=3:entitycurrecno=3:numrecs=1

    Zotero Standalone is open

When I click the blue icon (Zotero) at the end of the URL, I receive the following error message:

"An error occurred while saving this item. Check Known Translator Issues for more information."

imports fine on FF w/o proxy.
  • This Report ID may be more useful for the current problem:

  • Yes, it works on Firefox.
Why would it not work on Chrome?
  • we'd have to check - the most likely reason is the proxy, but we'll have to take a close look to figure that out.
  • Am still having the same trouble in Chrome (but not in Firefox).
  • This is fixed by https://github.com/zotero/zotero/pull/207

That change is not included in Zotero 3.0.11. It will be included in the next Zotero release.
