Suppressing url's at the references

Dear all,

I have built a library of (primarily) journal articles using Zotero and exported it in BibTeX format for use with LyX. However, when referring to an article, the generated reference includes the url that I used to access the article as well as the doi, when available.

It is the first time that I am going through this process so any help on how to suppress the urls and dois would be greatly appreciated.

    Within Zotero these fields are suppressed by individual styles and general preferences. If you are using another application to generate your references you will need to tweak the styles or preferences there.

    Another option would be to remove the DOIs and URLs for items you don't want them included with.

    Thank you Tjowens! It turns out that the problem was coming from the style file that I had been using.
