Hi there,
Error ID is 2083410828
I'm having an issue with Zotero not finding the snapshot of a NYTimes article. I've tried using the icon in the browser as well as clicking the "create new item from current page." Both seem to work fine until I click the snapshot and get "The attached file could not be found". I'm saving everything on my hard drive under my documents, so I have moved the file storage location, but I did that a long time ago and am only now experiencing this. When I try to locate the file, there are some 170 files, none of which actually open with the article.

    there is unfortunately a bug with the snapshot tool that prevents NYTimes snapshots to download correctly when adblock plus is enabled.
    Could that be the case?

    says this may be fixed, so make sure you can replicate this with the most recent Zotero version (3.0.11)

    Yep, that's the issue. I'm using 3.0.11 so it's not fixed.

    too bad - I have adblock disabled on nytimes.com for that reason, which is a bit annoying, but makes snapshots work.

    not a big issue, but am happy I discovered it now and not after I thought I had many more articles saved!

    yes, I'm quite concerned about that, but don't see any way to warn users effectively.

    and on the github page, but neither are places where users are likely to look without being prompted.

    I have a fix for this. it will require zotero update though. I'll push it after some more testing.
