Annotation Toolbar does not appear

Hi everyone, I just downloaded zotero and have a problem. When I take a snapshot of a web page and then click "view snapshot," the snap shot comes up but there is no annotation bar at all. I have windows xp and am using firefox 3. I noticed some discussion of the toolbar, but I did not see any advice as to how to get it to appear. Thanks for any help! Sanford.

    The buttons should appear automatically. What archived webpage are you trying to annotate?

    Hi, thanks for responding. I was experimenting with zotero and tried a half dozen or so web pages from different sites. Most were from news sites reached through Yahoo or google news. They are all ordinary web pages. None show the toolbar when I click "view Snapshot." Maybe I will uninstall and reinstall zotero to see if it helps. Sanford.

    hmm, if that doesn't work you might try disabling any other Firefox extensions you are running and see if that fixes the issue.
