zotero disappeared from word

Hi,

I had installed zotero last week, and everything worked smoothly until yesteday when it suddenly disappeared from word. I did a word-update yesterday, so perhaps that is why?

I have gone through all the other suggestions on this site and nothing seems to work, it simply does not appear. I have no problem opening the zotero stand-alone.


I am using
Zotero 3.0.11.1
Word for Mac 2011 (Version 14.2.5)
Mac OS X 10.6.8

Please help - I am slightly desperate due to deadline.

    I have the same problem as you. I just cant open/find the bar to enter bibliography.

    i do can open zotero standalone.

    I leart to enter a reference by clickinh ctrl +sft+ A but would be nice to have the bar visible in the word document.

    Does the toolbar show up under View->Toolbars? Are the scripts in the Script menu (to the right of the Window menu)?
