Upgrade StorageNew style uploaded for Ornitologia Neotropical

I created a new .csl file for Ornitologia Neotropical and uploaded it: https://gist.github.com/4201320
It seemed to work well for journal articles, books, book chapters and online documents. In-line citations also seem good. Room for improvement with other types I'm sure.
