Clicking stored pdf opens endless tabs

When I try to open a stored pdf within firefox, an endless series of tabs opens. I can stop this only by closing down firefox.

Probably the report doesn't contain the error. As I said: After producing the error, I have to close down firefox. Otherwise, there soon well be dozens or more tabs open.

This (the above) does not happen if I open PDFs which are online, not stored in my Zotero.

I'd first try trashing mimeTypes.rdf in your Firefox profile directory and restarting Firefox.

deleting mimeTypes.rdf worked fine!

I also would like to take the opportunity of this little bug report to thank you and the team for almost five years great development and support. Zotero has become an unreplaceable component of my daily work. I would be lost without it.
