Upgrade Storagecan't Add to Collection
I created a folder IE-1 as a subfolder of Library. I used books.google, and two book references were entered into IE-1. However, a third book doesn't get placed into IE-1, even though the third book appears in the right column. I highlight IE-1 in left column, then check box beside reference to be added, then click Add to Collection, which offers IE-1 -- but book-3 does not get added. I'm stuck.

When you import items (from another bibliographic tool), Zotero creates a collection with all the imported items (like in your screenshot). But if you're adding items from a website, e.g. books.google.com, you should see a book icon in the address bar (can you see it here for example?)
