Web page citation not available

There is a problem with choosing 'Web page' for a new citation while using Zotero 3.0.11.1 standalone for Mac. You can't choose this option for a new citation when using the 'New item' button. Only after creating another citation, you can change its type... A little annoying.

Hmmm... strange but OK. I don't use the Safari plug-in. Perhaps I'll give it a test drive soon.

Meaning you currently enter all data manually? You almost certainly want to use one of the browser plugins—they make it much easier to get data into Zotero, and that's how Zotero is primarily designed to be used.
