Upgrade StoragePython extension will not load
Brand new to Zotero and trying to install. Zotero installed fine in my browser Firefox 17 on a Mac running OSX 10.8.2. When I tried to install the Python extension so this would work with Word it was a no go. Python extension is not compatible.
Is there a work around or is there a fix in the works.

SimonYou don't need PythonExt. Just install the plugin from http://www.zotero.org/support/word_processor_plugin_installation#microsoft_word

drjparkerThank you Simon, I spent some time playing with Zotero and figured that out. I would suggest someone fix the documentation so that others are not confused.

SimonAs far as I know, you would have had to follow the link that said "Firefox 3.6 users should download the Word for Mac Plugin version 3.1.10" to get instructions to install PythonExt. But I've removed that link, since neither we nor Mozilla support Firefox 3.6 anymore.
