Upgrade StoragePdfs attachments in a group library
Hi All,
I am trying to open a pdf attachment in a group library that is owned by someone else, but i get this msg:
Error
Page Not Found
The page you were looking for could not be found
i checked with the owner of the library he can open the file on his library but in the group library it doesn't seem to work!!!
i dont know if it is relevant or not but i am an admin in the that group

fcheslackDoes it work if you open the attachment from the client? He should make sure his client is configured to sync files for groups (gear button -> preferences -> sync) and that the group allows file syncing (group library settings on the zotero.org).

globalclassroomyes if the person who uploaded the attachment tries to open it he can, but no one else can....

dstillmanCan you provide an example? We need the eight-character key (e.g., "ABCD2345") in the URL when viewing the attachment item.
