Problems syncing

My syncing id not working well I get the following error report ID 1331063023.
  • Upgrade to 3.1.10 and try again.

If you still have trouble, provide another Report ID.
  • I use Windows and Zoter stand alone. I istalled the last availble version which is 3.0.10
  • Er, yes, I meant 3.0.10.
  • So, what do I do now. The error is from 3-0-10 version
  • code now is 2034867373

Your original Report ID was from 3.0.8.

See the filename in the error report. There's a file on another one of your computers (or on the computer of someone in one of your groups) that's causing a problem on this Windows computer. If you can, rename the file on the other computer, relink it in Zotero, sync that computer, and then sync this one again. We'll also see if we can work around this in Zotero.
  • If you could provide a Debug ID for a sync attempt that produces this, that would also be helpful.

Also, you didn't provide a Debug ID.
