Upgrade StorageCannot get Word 2011 Integration Working on OS X
I've done my first project using Zotero for Firefox - now time to start writing. It's not happening.
I have installed Zotero standalone as well as the Zotero for Firefox Add-on. If I click on the Zotero toolbar in Word - there is no response. Absolutely nothing happens.
If I try to get at it via the script menu it allows me to select a style, and then immediately returns a truly lengthy error message Along the lines of "The operation couldn't be completed OSStatus error=-1708 .... Threw String @ location JS Frame :: Chrome//zotero/content/xpcom, line 901...." and so on.
I have uninstalled and re-installed the Word integration plug in in Firefox. I have version 3.5.5 installed and the most recent version of Firefox (16.x)
I have gone to Zotero stand-alone and asked it to reinstall the Word integration add-ons.
I have deleted the Zotero.dot file and then run through the whole installation process again.
I'm on Word 2011, Mac OS X 10.8.2, Up to date Firefox, Clean download of Stand-alone Zotero.
I have tried this with both Stand alone open in the background with & without Firefox, as well as with just Firefox.
Any ideas? I've run out.
