Citations entered on one computer not showing up on another
I am a research assistant who is helping a professor enter citations. We use the same account, but on separate computers. Lately, when I've been entering citations on the account on my computer, the same citations do not appear on the same account on my professor's computer. Has anyone else experienced a similar problem? What steps can be taken to rectify it?

AmandaJohnsonOn the professor's computer it says that it hasn't sync'd in 50 days, but I have been syncing it on my computer on an almost daily basis. Any help would be appreciated.
