Standalon export to bibtex

Hello everyone,

I don't know what happened, but after update, when I export bibtex, I have entries like:

@misc{__????-1
}

I've tried uninstalling, loging in from a diferent user, and adding a test entry, but the results are the same. Any thoughts?

    Are all your bibtex entries like this, or just some of them?

    In my case (see this thread) a similar problem was caused by exporting "standalone" notes (i.e. zotero notes not attached to a parent item).

    There will be a fix for this at some point, but for now try exporting your library without any standalone notes (sort your library on item type and use shift+click to select everything except the notes). If this resolves the issue a more permanent workaround (if you don't have too many of these notes) is to attach them to "dummy" items.


    P.S. "standalone notes" have nothing to do with the "standalone version" of Zotero - it's just an unfortunate clash of terminology.
