Zotero to reference manager

I have been trying to import from Zotero into reference manager in the RIS format but am not able to do so.

What, precisely, is the issue you're having? Are you able to successfully export a valid RIS file from Zotero that you are then unable to import into reference manager? If so, you may wish to use reference manager's support to answer this question.
