Exporting from Zotero to reference manager 10

Looking in the discussions I couldn't find a solution.
I am trying to export my library from Zotero to ref manager because I didn't find the suitable bibiliography format (Journal of Neurosurgery) in Zotero, but without any luck. I tried all the installed formats (RIS etc.) but ref man seems not to recognize them.
Does somebody have any idea?

I know it's a long time ago, but have you find a solution so far?
Could you export your Zotero library to Reference Manager?

Sometimes it's necessary - I work with Zotero but our central library uses Reference Manager. I'd have to give up Zotero if I hadn't found a work around.
