    Also let us know which Zotero you are using (Firefox plugin or Standalone with a connector and which browser).

    Note that for step 11 you need to provide a Report ID

    See top of the forum: Zotero currently won't work with FF versions >16 (specifically, bibtex import is broken for FF 17 and higher).
    Zotero will always work with the current FF release, but won't necessarily work with aurora and beta release - those exist, among other things, to provide add-on developers with time to adjust add-ons..
