I have tried to sync and the green circular one is staying the same showing last updated 5 days ago. I did wait for a long time and then again uninstalled it and tried to download a new one and installed it. The installed one is also showing me the same circular green one rotating but not updating with the folders I have online.
Please let me know asap as I have lots of files to upload to the zotero library.

Everything should be working again now.
And also when I tried to Retrieve metadata for PDF, its saying no matching references found for some files which were retrieved earlier before I uninstalled and installed the app.
