Author & Year in my Footnote

Hello,
I think the style I need may be already designed, but I couldn't find it. I need normal numbered citations and and the footnote I need only the author and the year. So it's relatively similar to the Chicago note style, but with the year in the footnote instead of the journal. Additionally, I need to add sometimes something like "cf." in front of the author in the footnote.
It would be great if you can help me!

Thanks Gracile, now I found a nice style and with this style the Prefix-function also works. Just before I used a style with which it didn't work for unknown reasons.

Unfortunately I have again a problem with this style. In the footnote everything is fine, but in my bibliography the style is not okay- especially, when it is for example classified as a report. I can't find a style which fulfills all the things the professor wants. Under http://www.zotero.org/support/dev/creating_citation_styles it is at the moment not described how to create it on my own and I can't imagine if it is a lot of work. Can someone tell me more?

The CSL Visual Editor works for both in-text and footnote styles.
