...to be uploaded in the repository. It just minor modification of pbsjournals-asbp (ID, name). The latter one should be removed and replaced by the one provided above.

We can easily add dependent CSL styles for all the journals published by the Polish Botanical Society as long as they all share the same citation format. All we need are the journals titles and ISSNs (print and/or online ISSN). See http://citationstyles.org/downloads/specification.html#dependent-styles

For now I only renamed the style: https://github.com/citation-style-language/styles/commit/172b8c0df1e0f77e0178aca0ad8f261a06fa9476

Note that the style you submitted above is CSL 0.8.1, and we currently only accept CSL 1.0.1 styles in the repository.

When I try to update the style on http://www.shell-tools.net/index.php?op=xslt I get the following output:
warning: failed to load external entity "/tmp/FOO0gY0TS"
cannot parse /tmp/FOO0gY0TS

What could go wrong?

That tool seems to be broken at the moment (I submitted a bug report). You can either wait until it's fixed, find yourself another XSLT conversion tool, or make modifications to the version that is in the CSL style repository (which has already been updated to CSL 1.0.1).
