In that case I'd use Emu as the basis and create dependent styles for other CSIRO journals. The Emu style has a couple of advantages, e.g. it uses smart single quotes as opposed to the straight ones your style has.
I see the authors are in a different format, but everything else looks the same, no?

If you want to update the style in the future, please always start with the version on the repository, since we usually touch up some formatting etc.

Have a look at the slight edits I made - I removed a lot of prefix and suffix an replaced them by groups for stability (otherwise things will look wrong when data is missing). I also use smart quotes.
