Cross references are ignored when importing and exporting bibtex

This has been a problem in Zotero for years (see http://forums.zotero.org/discussion/1392/crossreferences/ and http://forums.zotero.org/discussion/1597/missing-features-in-bibtexjabref-import/) and is a huge problem.

For example trying to import http://dblp.uni-trier.de/rec/bibtex/conf/ppam/NevesA11 (via clipboard, the site translator doesn't see the second reference) will not create cross references in the "related tab".

Even those related links are created manually, exporting to bibtex will again lose them (there's no crossref field).

    I'm somewhat doubtful that this will - or even should - be solved using the "related" feature, which people may use for all types of different relationships.
    We'd really want proper hierarchical item types for this, which are still theoretically planned afaik, but not anywhere close.
