My Library Issue

When I click My Library, an error message will emerge on the web page, "error creating keyTarget library is locked". Can anyone here help me out? Thanks a lot.
  • That sounds like the library is locked for syncing and will resolve itself. Generally that shouldn't be a problem, but it may be right now if you try to view your library online for the first time while it is locked.
  • This should now be resolved for you, and I've fixed the underlying issue as well.
