Upgrade Storagecite in lyz error when using lyx 2.0.4 under windos 7 with zotero 3.0.8 plus firefox 16.0

i am sorry to bother you !i meet some problems when using lyz 2.1.4 under above condition like following:
1.wrong path to lyx server.set the path specified in lyx preferences
2.could not cotact server at :\\.\pipe\lyxpipe
3.could not retrieve document name
could you give me some adviece?thanks a lot .by the way,in lyx 2.0.4 ,i have set the
lyxserever pipe is "\\.\pipe\lyxserver"
i do not khonw how to solve this problem
