can't watch video on homepage

hello - i would love to watch the video on the homepage, but it is not streaming for me. no error. any other options? I'm using firefox 3.0.10
  • do other video streams work for you?
    Which operating system?
  • i'm on a pc - windows xp service pack 2
the video on the flowplayer home page works fine
windows media and quicktime videos work fine too.
    ???
it also does not work on other computers (same OS & browsers)
  • Do you have Adobe Flash Player 10 installed?
  • yes, i have flash player 10.0.22.87 installed.

the video on the homepage loaded to 4 seconds once, but that was all.

    the videos on http://www.zotero.org/support/quick_start_guide
load to 4% and 19% respectively, but never play.
  • hopefully we can figure out what's going on here, but in the mean time you can check out the youtube channel.

I'm having the same problem. So I downloaded the file to play it, and just 103Kb came down. It plays a few minutes, and then ends in the middle.
  • Try holding down Shift and pressing the Reload button in the Firefox toolbar. If that doesn't work, restart Firefox and/or clear your browser cache.
  • Not sure if this helps. I used to have the same problem (and also experienced this problem on other websites). It had to do with the FireFox theme I had installed.
  • I'm having the same problem. Perhaps there is an easier way, such as a different file type?
  • I have the same problem
  • the video works, the problem is your browser. That particular video, though, is also on YouTube:

  • ya friend it is a browser problem. Your Web browser is a translation device. It takes a document written in the HTML language and translates it into a formatted Web page. But in this time you need to change your browser than you can watch the proper. thanks.
