Amazon.com Known Translator Issues

Every time I try to get book info from Amazon, I get a known translator issue. When I try to c&p the ISBN number, it doesn't paste inside the magic wand data box.

Here's the URL for my latest attempt:

    I went through all the steps, updated firefox, etc. Didn't work. Here's the Report ID 486798063. I'll keep playing around with it. Maybe I'll stumble onto a solution.

    So Zotero is trying to retrieve a file from an Amazon API - i.e. it sends a message to another URL and tries to read an xml file from there - but in your case that file is empty, i.e. Zotero can't get it.
    It tries to do something somewhat similar to retrieve book titles for ISBNs.

    Is there anything unusual about your internet connection? Are you going through some proxy? Do you have a hyper-strict firewall? Any internet security software installed?
