Style Request: Journal of Applied Philosophy
Could we have a CSL style for the above journal please?
Closest existing style: "Modern Humanities Research Association (note with bibliography)" - the note part of this style
Differences from the MHRA note style:
1. References are mixed in with other endnotes, there are no footnotes, and there is no bibliography.
2. Use "Smith op. cit." format for subsequent references.
3. Use "p." and "pp." preceding specific page references, but not for start-end page of articles and book sections (but do include these page numbers).
4. Use a colon instead of a comma to separate the year and start-end page numbers.
5. For journal articles, include a comma then issue number after volume (if applicable).
6. For contributions to a collection, use format "'Paper' in Bob Smith (ed.) Book" rather than "'Paper', in Book, ed. by Bob Smith"

Notes should be indicated in the text by numbering, 1, 2, 3, etc. superscript. Notes are to include references. Notes and references should then appear in one numbered list as NOTES, at the end of the article. References within the NOTES should appear in the following form:
