Style Request: Journal of Applied Philosophy

Could we have a CSL style for the above journal please?

Closest existing style: "Modern Humanities Research Association (note with bibliography)" - the note part of this style

Differences from the MHRA note style:
1. References are mixed in with other endnotes, there are no footnotes, and there is no bibliography.
2. Use "Smith op. cit." format for subsequent references.
3. Use "p." and "pp." preceding specific page references, but not for start-end page of articles and book sections (but do include these page numbers).
4. Use a colon instead of a comma to separate the year and start-end page numbers.
5. For journal articles, include a comma then issue number after volume (if applicable).
6. For contributions to a collection, use format "'Paper' in Bob Smith (ed.) Book" rather than "'Paper', in Book, ed. by Bob Smith"

Instructions are at:
http://www.wiley.com/bw/submit.asp?ref=0264-3758&site=1

and here they are (in full):
Notes should be indicated in the text by numbering, 1, 2, 3, etc. superscript. Notes are to include references. Notes and references should then appear in one numbered list as NOTES, at the end of the article. References within the NOTES should appear in the following form:

(Book:) Martha Nussbaum, The Fragility of Goodness (Cambridge: Cambridge University Press, 1987), pp. 32-3.

(Contribution to a collection:) J. F. Childress, 'Mandatory HIV screening and testing' in F. G. Reamer (ed.) AIDS and Ethics (New York: Columbia University Press, 1991), pp. 5-6.

(Journal article:) David Miller, 'In defence of nationality', Journal of Applied Philosophy, 10, 1 (1993): 2-25.

Subsequent references should be of the form 'Miller op. cit.'

Titles of journals should not be abbreviated
  • will take some time, but that's all I need, thanks.
  • OK, this is now up, any problems post here.
  • Thanks very much adamsmith. Just noticed a minor problem in citing an entire edited book: the style seems to assume I'm citing a section from it and give me an "in" preposition and the book title in place of the section title.
  • any thoughts on how the editor should look for an edited book?

    Martha Nussbaum (ed.),
    Martha Nussbaum, ed.,
    Martha Nussbaum, editor,
    ?

    I think:

Martha Nussbaum (ed.), The Fragility of Goodness (Cambridge: Cambridge University Press, 1987), pp. 32-3.
  • Also another problem, the "op. cit."'s are missing (at least for journal articles).
  • the fixed style should shop up on the repository within 30mins (check the timestamp), update by re-installing. In an existing document, you may have to switch to a different style and back for changes to take effect. Let me know how it works.
  • Thanks. The edited book looks good now. And the the "op. cit."'s seem to be appearing in the right places - but they appear like this, without a space:

    Adam Smithop. cit.
  • sorry, fixed now - I knew that was the case but forgot to put the fix into the style I uploaded. Should work correctly now.
