Help! Can't get group library files into my library

I have a group library with many files that I need to access, but for some reason, they do not sync to my library. I would like for all of the group library folders to appear in my library. I tried dragging the items into my library and nothing works. Can anyone help me?

    One possible reason could be confusion about which is your account - I see three that look like they might belong to the same person.

    i'm lkmurphy1, how do i make sure this is the correct one signed up. i also was lkmurphy, but there were issues with that login.
