Storage and syncing

Recently we upgraded our storage space to 1Gb and now when we sync our files we get a '!' error by the syncing arrow stating "You have reached your Zotero File Storage quota. Some files were not uploaded. Other Zotero data will continue to sync to the server.

When we look at the storage space through the settings we find that we have only used 257.5MB of storage space. Does anyone know why we are getting this error message and how do we get a full sync of our data?

    Presumably you're getting that for the personal library of the account you're posting from, which doesn't have a storage plan and is using 100MB. That's unrelated to the group library, which is owned by the account with the 1GB storage plan.

    The message is different when it applies to the group library.

    I still don't understand why I am getting that message since I only have 1 file in my personal library to sync. When I check the group account, that file seems to be there but why do I get the message? I am now constantly checking to ensure that my files are syncing and I am losing a lot of productivity. I would like to be confident that my files are syncing to the group account.
