Spinning arrow when syncing

Our research group just transferred the ownership of our group account to our PI in order to increase our storage space. Now when we try to sync to the main server the arrow just spins and nothing happens. We can't work on anything else at the same time. We don't get an error message, just the spinning arrow. How do we get the files to sync? The Debug ID is: D880751285

    This debug output just shows a file sync in progress. You should see a blue progress bar during a file sync, and you can hover over it for more information.

    Thank you, it finally synced. I don't know why it did today and not yesterday, but it did sync.
