Upgrade StorageInstalling Word plugin results in an Error
I have been trying to get zotero to work so I can insert references to word (for a MAc 14.2.3) with Chrome as I dont have firefox. I went to preferences in the standalone version fo zotero and pressed install word Add-Ins. But each time I get the following error message.
Installation could not be completed because an error occurred.

SimonDid you copy it to your Applications folder? You will get this error if you're trying to run it off the disk image.
