Upgrade Storage"Bad request" - group member can't access group files
I have a user who cannot seem to access the files in a group of which she is a member. She was given read and write access to the group.
On the Zotero web site, when she goes to the group tab, she sees "bad request" language at the top. Below she can view the folders in the group, but when she tries to open one, she gets the "bad request" message again.
In Firefox, she can see the group and the folders, but cannot add anything to the folders. She can, however, add things to her own library with no problem.
Any idea what the problem is? Is this a rights issue? I'm not the group admin but was told that she was given the same rights as another group member who can access with no problems. Then she was even given administrator rights herself, but that didn't fix the problem.

This sounds like at least partially a bug on the website but it is hard to debug without being able to verify the group settings.
Also she should make sure her client has been successfully synced since she was given permissions for the group.
Note that the problem is happening in both the website and the client (Firefox). She's tried multiple computers.
