Upgrade StorageHelp about restoring a Zotero Libray without deleting what is deleted on the server

I made a mistake while transferring my Library and groups (the whole database) from Zotero to a Hard drive. I stopped syncing on one of my computers on which there is Zotero standalone. I than began deleting all the items from some collections in order to transfer only a part of of my data (and I emptied Trash). For a curious reason, zotero continued on syncing and deleted the same items on the server! I panicked and I immediately went to stop syncing on the other computer in which there is the same Libray on Zotero Standalone.
I have a backup from a week, but I have worked about 30 hours on my library last week. Also, as I stopped syncing the other computer (a Mac), the whole collection is still OK.
My question is: How do I restore the whole Libray on my windows especially that as soon as I will switch on Syncing, the version on the server will destroy the one on both computers because eon the server the items are deleted.

That will put your complete library back on the server.
As you go through the other copy of the library to delete items, you may just want to delete your username from the sync panel in the preferences to prevent any further surprises.
