Nature style bibliography feed numbers all entries as "1."

The numbering should be incremental, instead of:

1.Vreeman, D. J., Finnell, J. T. & Overhage, J. M. A rationale for parsimonious laboratory term mapping by frequency. AMIA Annu Symp Proc 771–775 (2007).at <http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/18693941>;

1.Grannis, S. & Vreeman, D. A vision of the journey ahead: using public health notifiable condition mapping to illustrate the need to maintain value sets. AMIA Annu Symp Proc 2010, 261–265 (2010).
  • How are you generating these bibliographic entries? Are you using a word processor (like Word or LibreOffice/OpenOffice.org) and one of the Zotero word processor plugins? (see http://www.zotero.org/support/word_processor_integration )
  • (with those plugins, Zotero does this correctly).
  • I'm using the API feed, not one of the word processor plug-ins.
  • (You need to specify that. No one here would ever assume you were talking about the API.)

    API questions should generally be posted to zotero-dev, but since you're here: are you using content=bib or format=bib? The former generates references individually, so it doesn't make sense for numberic styles. The latter should get this right.
