Paper search according to collections
I have put my library in many colletions and sub-collections (like folders). The search in zotero works perfectly but it does not tell me which collection the paper is residing in. Also there are some papers which I know I have not put in any collections, how do I know which ones are those?
Can the bar which gives list of title, creator etc also have a column for collections? This way we know which papers are in which collections.
best wishes,
Tauseef

vadbI also really like the idea of being able to see what collection (if any) an item is part of. Since tags allow for easy organization by subject matter, I use collections for easy organization based on other criteria - for example, having a collection for all the references for a current paper/presentation I'm doing, etc. Being able to easily see where else I've been using/saving a particular item would be really nice. I know the "Related" tab seems to provide this capability, but I think its use is mostly limited to relating documents that reference each other since there's no way to provide a criterion for how one item is reated to another.

dstillmanhttp://forums.zotero.org/discussion/891/ http://forums.zotero.org/discussion/1233/ If there's demand, we could probably have a column in the items list for a comma-separated list of collections the item belongs to.

lsegura1212An optional column indicating to what collections an item belongs would be GREAT. Apparently it was thought in 2008, but I can not find that. Is it available?
