After only three days, storage was revoked without notice

The storage is found. The author apologizes and rescinds his comment.
  • could you clarify "revoked"? Did you get an e-mail that it was revoked? Does it not show up on your account anymore? Does syncing just not work?
  • The 5 GB no longer shows in my account. Syncing results in an error about insufficient storage.
  • Someone at Zotero proper would have to look at it, but in the meantime: have you double checked that you're using the account that you bought the storage for/from?
    There is, e.g. a jbernardos account and several others with quite similar usernames.
  • I only have one Zotero account, so it is not possible that I used another account to purchase storage.
