Zotero Script does not have "insert citation" button

I upgraded to the latest version of Zotero and plugins (Zotero 3.0.8), and have upgraded my Microsoft Office (using Word for Mac 2011). The Zotero script exists, but the "insert citation" button in the drop down menu does not. Suggestions?

    What "Zotero script"? What drop-down menu? What do you see?

    (I imagine s/he is talking about the apple script menu)
    - could you make a screenshot and link to it from here? Also, in Word 2011 you should see a toolbar, too.

    Adam is right, I am talking about the Apple Script menu, just gave it the wrong name.

    I am not technically savvy enough to link a screenshot to here - can I email to one of you? Or just give me directions... (I can follow those....).
