Storage quota issues

Hi all,

I recently encountered a problem with my storage account on Zotero. I've emailed what seem to be the relevant people, to no avail. Hope someone here can advise!

Recently, my 5GB subscription to Zotero was set to expire. I wasn't using most of it, so I chose not to renew it. Instead, I bought another year's worth of storage at 1GB.

The other day, however, I got a notice saying that my account was set to expire, and that my account would be "locked" if I failed to renew it. I figured that this automated notice just hadn't taken account of the fact that I had bought a second subscription. So I was a bit disappointed to learn that, in fact, my subscription appears in my settings as the default 100 MB, I am "over" my data limit by 250+ MB, I can't sync with my library, and my data will be deleted if I don't "renew" (re-renew?) in 30 days.

Zotero hasn't taken account of the fact that I bought a year's worth of data less than a week ago. And they aren't responding to my inquiries on this matter. Am I just screwed out of my 20 bucks? Do I need to pay all over again for the storage I already paid for?

Any advice is appreciated. Thanks for your help.
