Word for Mac integration doesn't work (error at getDocumentFields)

Hi I am using a macbook pro and I cant communicate from word to firefox.
Zotero in firefox is working but everytime I try to add a citation it says: Zotero could not load the component required to communicate with your word processor. Please ensure that the appropriate extension is installed and try again.
My id error is 1355999472
Please help

    According to your report ID, the Zotero Word for Mac plugin doesn't appear to be installed in Firefox. Click the link there to install it.

    Thanks I ve done it, but now another the next error occurs:

    What version of Word do you have?

    2011, version 14.0.0

    Try updating to the latest version of Word 2011 by selecting "Check for Updates" from the help menu in Word.

    Hi everyone!
    My first time here!

    I am having lots of troubles with Zotero.
    I had it previously installed in MacBook OS X 10.6, Word 2008. Sometimes there were some errors, but it usually worked.
    I have now a MacBook Pro OX X 10.7.4 and I have transferred all the filles/apps from my old one.
    But now Zotero doesn't work. I have already tried to uninstall and install again the program and plugin in Firefox and Word (Script), but it is the same (something like): "You cannot insert Zotero fields here."

    Could anyone help me?

    JBR: See http://forums.zotero.org/discussion/24019/. In particular, make sure you have the latest version of Word 2008 installed. If that doesn't help, I'll have to see if I can figure out what's causing this. (I can't reproduce it with Word 2008 on my system.)

    I have just installed the late version of Word 2008, but it happens the same problem.

    If someone finds the answer, please say something. I am just in the middle of a work and I cannot imagine all the work I would loose if I cannot fix this...

    I updated word, and now I have the 14.1.0
    I see a difference because ii appeared in the toolbar some icons of zotero.
    But when I try to add a cite the next error occurs:

    Since the Microsoft Word was the same as in the previous MacBook, it seems to me that the problem must be related to this new version - MacBook Pro OS X 10.7.4. Could you say something, please.

    cedesllamas: I don't know much about the various forms by which Word is distributed. You would have to check with the place you got it from. If you can't reinstall Word, you should deleting the OLE Registration Database first, as described in the link above.
