Firefox crashes when I save new Zotero item

Zotero for Firefox 3.0.8. Firefox 11.0. I navigate to a page with metadata in Firefox (eg http://avmajournals.avma.org/doi/abs/10.2460/javma.241.2.227). Open Zotero pane. Hit the file icon in the address bar in order to load the paper's metadata into Zotero. Firefox then reliably crashes.

    You don't say what operating system you're running on, but if you're running Linux, it might be this. In any case, upgrade Firefox; Firefox 11 does not receive security updates.

    Yes, Linux, an older version of Ubuntu. I'll upgrade -- thanks!
