[Solved] Export to MODS error after update to FF 14.0.1 other formats OK
Suggestions please
I receive an error message (Javascript application: An error occurred when trying to export...) when I try to export a Zotero record in MODS format. I recently updated FireFox to version 14.0.1.
I am using Mac OS 10.7.4.
Zotero plugin for FF 3.0.7
edit: I updated to Zotero 3.0.8 but the problem remains.
I tried to fix this by
Resetting both styles and translators
Quitting FF.
Restarting the computer
Opening FF
Opening Zotero
Attempting to export a file in MODS format
See error message (above)
The exported items file exists and
I can view the file in an editor
The file has only one line, the xml version statement
I can successfully export in other formats (RIS, BibTeX)

After a shut down of the computer, restart of the computer, opening FF, opening Zotero, selecting a record, and attempting an export to MODS I get the following Error Report: 1544246852 and debug ID D491424890
I can export in RIS.
Zotero should automatically pull the updated translator within 24 hours. Alternatively, you can click the "Update now" button in the General pane of the Zotero preferences, and then restart your browser.
