Upgrade Storage'An error running' when installing plugin for Word
I have tried to install Word plugin to Standalone by tools > add-ons > extensions. When I click 'options' and 'install Word add-in', I get the following message: "Installation could not be completed because an error occurred. Please ensure that Microsoft Word is closed, and then restart Zotero."
I have tried to close all open Word-windows, restarted Zotero, reinstalled Zotero, restarted the computer, but with no luck so far. What to do?

SimonYour user account does not have permissions to install the add-in or security software is interfering. You can try following the instructions at http://www.zotero.org/support/windows_word_plugin_manual_installation_instructions.
