Getting Started

Am I supposed to work from zotero's website or work from my downloaded program on my computer. My screens don't seem to have the same icons as the ones in the tutorials. Really Lost, but I need to get started right away. I have been fooling with this for weeks now with no progress. The only thing that I have done successfully is add an item using a isbn number.
HELP!!

    Thanks so much Adam, that worked. I would still like to take a class, does anyone know where one is offered?

    where are you? Your university library should offer one - if they don't lobby them to. Also, see the suggestion on the other thread to spend some time on youtube. There are a lot of good tutorials out there.
