FF3 Problem, Fields not writing to database

Hi,
I notice that sometimes when entering bibliographic information by hand that fields will not keep the information when I return to the record. There seems to be a connection between hitting enter to exit the field and this happening. This also happens in the Tags field. I am running FireFox 3.0b5 on kubuntu 8.04 with zotero 1.04

    Upgrade to Firefox 3 RC1.

    This is a Firefox rather than a zotero question, but in case anyone knows offhand: I've been unable to go from 3.0b5 to RC1 while retaining my ff profile. When RC1 starts up, it asks me to restart ff to enable zotero, but when I click restart (or close ff altogether and start up again), it just asks me again. To whit, I can't get zotero to work with RC1 at all, unless I create a new ff profile.

    There are various files in your Firefox profile that you can try deleting (extensions.cache, extensions.rdf, extensions.ini, compreg.dat, xpti.dat) that might help. They'll be recreated when you next start Firefox.

    Typical user that I am, I just tried the deletions without reading the troubleshooting page, and that did the trick.
