group library not appearing

Hi-
I've reinstalled zotero on a new computer. I can log into zotero online and see my group library but it does not show up in the zotero pane in Firefox. I have synched multiple times with no result.

Thanks - The synch works fine, it spins for a few seconds, then stops. No error message. But still no group...

1) You're in two group libraries. What's the first letter of the one you're referring to?

2) Do you see data in your personal library? Can you sync changes back and forth?

2. No, but I didn't keep data in my personal library (just used the groups). The really odd thing is that I can access my group libraries fine through Word - but they still don't show up on the Zotero tab on Firefox.

That means it is a display rather than a sync issue - the Word plugin only ever accesses stuff that is in the local data directory already, so the groups are there and have synced.

Triple check that you're note just overlooking them, because they're not expanded e.g. - full screen your Zotero etc.
If you're sure they're really not there, disable any other add-ons, custom themes or personas in FF and restart.

Odd..I opened the zotero tab again to check before restarting Firefox and suddenly the groups all dropped into place before I touched anything. I have no idea what just happened but thanks very much!
